damir iskakov

hey, i am damir isk.

in 2025 i built vetra ai alone, a personal ai assistant that turned messy messages into plans, and it ended up valued at $8m with 10k+ users, yet it hit the wall. in early 2026 i built kuramoto, a rag assistant over internal documents that held 94% accuracy across 10k+ live queries and cited the exact clause behind every answer, and sold it, getting my first exit.

after that i reconsidered the values and the ways to have an impact, so these days most of my time goes into research. i test whether the metrics a field trusts actually measure what they claim, and right now that means single-cell potency scores, where the standard way of validating them cannot separate biological signal from sequencing depth. the long version

the rest goes into pragma, where i build ai automation infrastructure for 40+ companies: agent systems, data pipelines and parsers that turn scattered documents and crm records into something you can query, running on open models on hardware the client controls. pragma.com.kz

in parallel i mentor at nfactorial, i write essays, and i keep a bookshelf. everything else i have built is on the work page.
